poor sound insulation

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.

Our stay was far from ideal. The fan noise from the air conditioning unit was constant and disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. I expected better sound insulation, especially for a hotel like this. It was frustrating to adjust to the noise level when we just wanted to relax.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation and convenience with superb spa bathrooms and a lovely rooftop bar facing the river to unwind in the evenings.

the rooms have lots of windows, making it hard to get dark at night. the on-site laundry service is super convenient (especially since it’s free! ). we loved the generous hospitality from the staff. and the views of the kamogawa river from our room were breathtaking! !
